Description
- Provide HR generalist support to all Bangkok employees throughout employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, termination etc.
- Manage relocation processes, expatriate assignments, and international transfers.
- Ensure completion of on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Provide support in letters such as visa letters and certification of employment
- Manage and maintain employee’s personal data in HR software
- Verify and process invoices from various vendors
- Assist in Company’s Insurance renewals
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects from time to time
- Oversee onboarding processes for IT, including PC, email, and mobile setup
- Oversee the overall management of office facilities and Administration
- Well versed within most fields of HR, Administration and Facility
- Enjoys the mix of back- and front office tasks (supporting managers and employees)
- Experience from international companies and English as working language
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law
- A keen eye for simplification where possible (processes, automation, interfaces, etc.)
- High work capacity and ability to handle several processes simultaneously

Telenor is present in Asia with two offices; Bangkok (Telenor Asia IHQ Ltd.) and Singapore. IHQ was established in Thailand since 2006 and is promoted and granted privileges under the Board of Investment (BOI). We are looking for a Senior Office Manager to manage the Bangkok-office. The role report to Head of People based in Singapore.
We employ 21 full-time employees across 4 different units, comprising both long-term assignment (LTA) and local contracts, representing 6 different nationalities.
We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the HR-function, administration and facilities management. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations of the office and maintaining a productive work environment. The role will handle diverse tasks, ensure good employee relations and support, handle inquiries and requests from managers, and making sure the admin and support functions operate accordingly.
