Description
- Establish contact with Roaming Partners
- Negotiate International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)
- Drive and coordinate testing and launches according to roaming roll-out plan
- try to solve and if necessary, escalate potential issues that may jeopardize the targets
- Ensure all documentation and status is updated and kept in our Roaming Management Tool
- Actively collaborate with the other members of the team and strive towards making the rollout of roaming services as effective as possible
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) as well as utilizing virtual workspaces (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
- A degree in e.g. economics, administration or engineering + have basic technical understanding (relevant experience can substitute formal education)
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written for good communication
- Additional language skills are a plus
- A winning mindset and true team spirit
- A mindset stubborn enough to turn challenges into successes – over and over again
- Deepfelt dedication to always chase and reach the commonly agreed targets
- Excellent knowledge of the roaming roll-out process
- Ability to work systematically and maintain overview of a huge number of ongoing tasks
- Enjoy contacting internal and external partners to find solutions to common challenges
- Good collaboration skills and willingness to share knowledge and cooperate with colleagues and partners from different countries and cultures
