Description
- Driving the performance and developing targeted strategies for your portfolio of MNOs.Foster growth through close collaboration with Mobile Operators and major OTTs with new feature development, campaign initiatives, etc
- Working closely Telenor Linx and Partner product teams to strategize, develop and implement new features, campaigns and other activities aimed at promoting growth.
- Work on attracting and onboarding new partners to Telenor Linx’ footprint.
- Reporting on performance versus targets and supporting TLX and MNOsactivities and targets
- Guide and support Software Product teams in Telenor Linx to deliver improvement and refinements to Telenor Linx Software products.
- A Bachelor's/Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in customer success and/or account management within the telecommunications or software industry.
- Proven experience from digital partnerships work and software projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and the mobile payments ecosystem.
- Experience from Agile Software Development
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

The role as a Partnership and Customer Success Manager is a central role for the delivery of Telenor Linx’ Digital Products (including DCB, Bundling and Millom) and for the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) connected.
Your Role:
As a Partnership and Customer Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and growing the business going through Telenor Linx’ Digital Solutions for “your” portfolio of customers. You will work closely with your customers and external partners, including some of the biggest OTT and Content providers (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, CodaPayments, Disney+) in the world to achieve this goal. Your responsibilities will include:
