   1. A service charge for an international call to Myanmar numbers is 5 baht/minute.

As well, the movement of the device during the usage may affect the data communication temporarily and the change in data communication technology. 13. Under the 3G/EDGE data communication service usage agreement;
    1. The user agrees to accept the service condition in which it may amended. It is the responsibility of the user to check the operator website to see if there was a change or make an inquiry to the DTAC center nationwide.
    2. The operator responsible for authorizing each data communication category in 3G/EDGE technology for the network performance and facilitate the communication of users in each period. It may affect the connection speed of Bit Torrent or files download and uploaded or any other service that requires continuing data communication.

10. In case the user call to the number in SIM Krob Kura Tua Dee package (1.50/minute) or the DTAC prepaid 0.25 THB/minute with the Answering Call And Get Money Back campaign, this call will not be calculated to receive bonus for answering call.
11. The service charge excludes international calls, international roaming, WAP, Audio Text, special number service, and any other supplemental package.
12. The internet service provided by the operator is based on the 3G/EDGE technology to facilitate the user. There might be some limitation in some areas. The maximum speed on 3G technology depends on the coverage area, the number of users, the device, and phone settings which means, in any given usage, the speed may not reach a maximum speed. 13. Under the 3G/EDGE data communication service usage agreement;
    1. The user agrees to accept the service condition in which it may amended. It is the responsibility of the user to check the operator website to see if there was a change or make an inquiry to the DTAC center nationwide.
    2. The operator responsible for authorizing each data communication category in 3G/EDGE technology for the network performance and facilitate the communication of users in each period. It may affect the connection speed of Bit Torrent or files download and uploaded or any other service that requires continuing data communication.
    3. The operator reserves the right to manage the data communication traffic and speed or internet connection for fair use and network performance.

This means that the highest speed is not continually provided for each time of use. Moreover, movement of connecting devices during service might temporarily affect data transfer and result in switching of technology for data transfer. 8. Subscribers of the program will get special privileges of DTAC Internet additional service promotional campaign, with the following details:

Applications that can be used under this unlimited scheme including the DTAC Music Infinite and the other music applications such as Apple Music, AtimeOnline, BEC TERO RADIO, Cat Radio, Coolism, Deezer, Fungjai, Joox, and Tidal on the phone that is capable of using those applications via the 4G/3G/EDGE communication technology. The package detail are as follow;
   • 1st month - free service upon activation
   • After the 1st month, free music streaming and DTAC Music Infinite service will be available for the subscriber of the limited and unlimited data package with the prepaid service charge of 59 THB/week or higher or a postpaid service charge of 199 THB/month or higher.

6. The SIM Super 4G" user - after activation - will be entitled for the free 1 GB internet usage with 42 Mbps speed for 5 days (one time per month, total of 12 months). Subscribe via the USSD service from 9 June - 30 September 2016 will be entitled for the free 12 GB internet usage by dialing *103*333#. The detail are as follow;
   • 1 GB internet usage with 42 Mbps speed for 5 days for free, when the user topped up to the value of 150 THB or higher (one time per month, total of 12 months). After the SMS confirmation is received. The remaining balance must be higher than 0 THB and at least 1 day validity.
   • The free internet package cannot be accumulated for use in the next billing cycle. Internet usage after the package is expired or exceed the limited MB will be entitled to 1.99 per MB service charge (7% VAT excluded) or the user can buy or subscribe the internet package on offer.

8. The above package is for domestic use only. The user should read and understand the details before subscription by calling 1678 DTAC Call Center (3 THB per call). The operator reserves the right to terminate or amend the transaction if it deems suitable.
9. A new user is subject to the user information registration and the related document must be presented before the new SIM is issued or any special package or supplement package subscription.
10. In case the user call to the number in SIM Krob Kura Tua Dee package (1.50/minute) or the DTAC prepaid 0.25 THB/minute with the Answering Call And Get Money Back campaign, this call will not be calculated to receive bonus for answering call.
11. The service charge excludes international calls, international roaming, WAP, Audio Text, special number service, and any other supplemental package.
12. The internet service provided by the operator is based on the 3G/EDGE technology to facilitate the user. There might be some limitation in some areas. The maximum speed on 3G technology depends on the coverage area, the number of users, the device, and phone settings which means, in any given usage, the speed may not reach a maximum speed. As well, the movement of the device during the usage may affect the data communication temporarily and the change in data communication technology. The user should read and understand the details in full.
13. Under the 3G/EDGE data communication service usage agreement;
    1. The user agrees to accept the service condition in which it may amended. It is the responsibility of the user to check the operator website to see if there was a change or make an inquiry to the DTAC center nationwide.
    2. The operator responsible for authorizing each data communication category in 3G/EDGE technology for the network performance and facilitate the communication of users in each period. It may affect the connection speed of Bit Torrent or files download and uploaded or any other service that requires continuing data communication.
    3. The operator reserves the right to manage the data communication traffic and speed or internet connection for fair use and network performance.
    4. 3G/EDGE technology service access right depends on the number of users entitled for the subscribed promotion as well as the coverage area of 3G.
    5. The operator might not support or participate in the use of the supplement internet service that is deemed illegal or violates any of the service agreements. If found or reported, the operator reserves the right to terminate that usage without prior notice.
14. The package is considered terminated when the user changes the package or to the postpaid scheme.
15. This promotion is under the condition stated by the operator. 1. “Main Promotion Netzing x2” for DTACs ordinary customers subscribing to prepaid services from today until 31st December 2018, details are as follows;

6. The DTAC Internet is a value-added data service that utilizes EDGE/3G/4G technology to provide convenience to subscribers within the cellular network that may have limitations in some geographic areas and during certain times of the day wherein the speed of 3G/4G technology is dependent on the geographical location of the user, the concurrent number of users, connectivity equipment used, and the setting of each equipment, which means that each time the service is being utilized, it does not mean that the highest connectivity speed is achieved continuously, and the movement of the connecting device during its operation may affect data transmission temporarily and as well as the change of technology used in the transmission of data, and subscribers should thoroughly understand the details of services offered.
7. Applicants joining the special sales campaign will be eligible for value-add service DTAC internet services with the following details;
   1. For personal use only. Cannot be used commercially, such as for internet shopping or gaming shops, or resold or rented for profit, such as in a call center, or as a fixed line or volume data transfer that can adversely affect other subscribers. For instance, the use of bit torrent, or, the use with equipment or use with other electronic equipment that is connected continuously for high volume data transfer.
   2. In the event that the company detects and / or assumes that a user has downloaded and / or uploaded large files or any other application that has a very high volume of data traffic and it is considered an abnormal use from an average subscription use, or the subscribers network use adversely affects or is considered unfair, and that may result in damage, or that would adversely affect the quality of service provided to other subscribers, and/or to the network, or ,adversely affect the overall quality of service provided by the company, the company reserves the right to manage its own network as it deems fit, in order to uphold the quality of service it provides, as well as to enable subscribers to utilize its network effectively. The company reserves the right to alter promotion packages, or limit the use of subscribers, and the speed of the mobile internet where it deems suitable, and thus there may be a lower internet speed specified in the promotion package users subscribe to.
   3. The company reserves the right to limit the use of hotspots, or sharing the internet to other devices, or hotspot sharing that will affect the overall usage and quality of service. The company reserves the right to limit or limit the number of compatible devices and / or set the maximum speed that can be shared where it sees fit.
   4. The EDGE / 3G / 4G technology is based on the number of subscribers eligible for each promotion. It will also include services in and outside of the EDGE / 3G / 4G service area.

If it is proven that the services has been used for the benefit of any form of business or access to the internet service which is in violation of applicable laws, or contrary to peace, and good morals of the people, the service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate its value-added services and the service provider will charge its services at regular rates based on actual usage.
9. Users should study well the terms and conditions stipulated in providing services, the service charge rates, service settings, applicable service coverage area, for convenience of user applied services. The speed of use through dtac internet connection service depends on the duration of use, the density of the concurrent number of users, as well as the quality of the signal reception and transmitting of the equipment of the user. Wherein if the user wants to use data roaming services, the service fee is set by the service provider in the foreign country in use.
10. The service provider reserves the right to change the promotion, including terms and conditions of service, without prior notice. Such changes shall be deemed acknowledged and accepted by the service user upon notification via the Service Providers website or via any other channels. 11. If the subscriber changes to other sales promotion packages, or changes the users status to be that of a registered postpaid user, the promotion package is considered terminated. The rates will then be adjusted according to that which is stipulated by the company, alternatively, subscribers can opt for other promotions that are available during that period duration.
12. New service subscribers will need to register their user information and provide the required documentation as stipulated by the service provider before a new SIM card is released, or apply for special privileges or request for any other new value-added services wherein the company reserves the right to suspend the services provided, or cancel services provided if the company discovers that the user has not been a registered user.
13. The subscriber agrees to allow the service provider to access and process the subscribers personal information and record and store in the smart card and any other personal information of the subscriber for use as required for the benefit of the telecommunications business. Sales promotion and other value-added services, users also agree to allow [or the Company] to disclose, transmit and / or transfer your personal information to third parties, whether domestically or internationally for such purposes.
14. Subscribers must adhere to the laws and regulations stipulated in the Computer Crimes Act B.E. 2550 and users of SMS, MMS or Internet services must not use the service or allow others to use the service commercially.    2. The package offers unlimited data with 5 GB at maximum speed for 4 days. After the data quota is used up, the Internet speed will be throttled to 384 Kbps at maximum speed until the package expires on the 4th day.
   3. The package offers free unlimited domestic calls in Thailand to dtac numbers for 4 days.
   4. Domestic voice call to any network in Thailand is charged at 0.99 THB per minute (7% VAT excluded) for 24 hours.

5. For every HAPPY TOURIST SIM package, service charges for SMS, MMS, and iSMS messaging are 3 THB, 5 THB, and 8 THB per message respectively (VAT excluded). An SMS message in Thai or in both Thai and English containing 70 characters (including vowels, spaces, and numbers) is regarded one message. An SMS message in English containing 160 characters (including spaces and numbers) is regarded one message. In case that an SMS message exceeds character limit or contains other special characters as well as non-Thai or non-English characters, the message shall be calculated differently depending on technical limitation of the system.
6. Data add-on service is charged at 2 THB per MB (VAT excluded).
7. International calls via 00400 are charged at a minimum of 1 minute for the first minute. The second minute onwards is charged every 6-second unit. For example, a call to India with duration of 1 minute and 15 seconds is charged at 3.90 THB (7% VAT excluded). The first minute is charged at 3 THB while 15 seconds are divided into 3 units (6 seconds + 6 seconds + 6 seconds) and charged at 0.30 THB per unit. 8. The user is able to check current and remaining balance of the main and add-on package via these following channels:
   • Dial *101*1*9# for English-language service (free)
   • Contact dtac call center at 1678 (press 9 for English) with a charge of 3 THB per call (7% VAT included)
   • Dial *800 for Chinese-language service (free)
   • Contact dtac service center nationwide
9. The package offers and service rates are applicable to domestic use only. This package does not include charges for international calls, international roaming service, audio text service, special number service, other add-on services in addition to the aforementioned services, and other charges such as package change fee and download service fee via each service provider. If the user would like to subscribe to add-on or other download services, the user shall thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions of service provided by each service provider before subscribing to a service.
10. If the user switches to another promotional program or postpaid plan, this promotional program shall be terminated. Upon the end of the promotional program, the service rates shall be subject to the adjustment designated by the Company. Otherwise, the user may opt for other promotional programs that are available at the specific time.
11. The dtac Internet service is an extra service for data transfer using EDGE/3G/4G technologies to facilitate users in the network. However, there may be some restrictions in certain locations and periods of time. The Internet speed through 3G/4G technologies depends on the locations, the number of users, the connecting device, and the configurations. This means that the maximum speed may be sometimes limited. Moreover, the movement of connecting device while using the service may temporarily affect the data transfer and the change in data transfer technology. Therefore, the user is recommended to carefully consider details of the service.
12. This promotional program is subject to conditions specified by the service provider. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in the event where the Company can ascertain that SIM card is used with other devices apart from mobile phone devices or AirCard connected devices or other devices in compliance with the standards defined by the service provider.
13. The user must abide by The Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007). The user of SMS, MMS or Internet add-on services must not use these services or allow other persons to use these services for commercial purposes, or in the manners that are considered indecent, lewd, obscene, unlawful, or contrary to public order or good morals, contracts, or to other related laws. The user is prohibited to use these services for the purpose of harassing, disturbing, threatening, insulting, defaming other persons, or violating their privacy. The user must not use these services in the manners that interfere with the use of these services or cause damages or negative effect upon the service provider or other telecommunication networks. If the user fails to comply with these terms and conditions of service, the service provider reserves the right to terminate the service immediately, and the user must be personally liable for civil and criminal penalties.
