เนื่องจากขณะนี้ระบบงานสายด่วนธรรมาภิบาล(Integrity Hotline) อยู่ในระหว่างการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาคุณภาพการทำงานให้เหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น ดังนั้นในกรณีที่ท่านมีข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการฝ่าฝืนหรือละเมิดธรรมาภิบาล ท่านสามารถแจ้งไปที่หัวหน้างานของท่านเพื่อขอคำปรึกษาเบื้องต้น หรือท่านสามารถส่งอีเมลมาที่ Whistleblower_Channel@truecorp.co.th เพื่อแจ้งรายงานข้อกังวลของท่าน ทั้งนี้ข้อกังวลดังกล่าวจะถูกเก็บอย่างเป็นความลับ และสามารถเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะบุคคลที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้น

อย่างไรก็ดี ช่องทางรับรายงานข้อกังวลดังกล่าวจะถูกใช้เป็นการชั่วคราวเท่านั้น เมื่อระบบงานสายด่วนธรรมาภิบาลพร้อมใช้ ทีมงานจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบอีกครั้งเมื่อการปรับปรุงระบบงานแล้วเสร็จ

Since the Integrity Hotline system is currently under quality improvement process to be more appropriate. Therefore, in the event that you have concern to report in relation to potential breach of company code of conduct. You can inform to line manager for an initial consultation. Or you can send an email to Whistleblower_Channel@truecorp.co.th to report your concerns. Any reported concerns will be kept confidential and can only be accessed by authorized persons.
