Campaign condition / Acceptance terms and conditions for using service
  1. The promotion period start from 1 Mar 2022 to 30 Apr 2022, get double speed from normal speed and free calls to dtac numbers 60 mins/call when you subscribe additional package participating in the program via Krungthai NEXT application. Click here to see how to subscribe
  2. For weekly additional package (7 days) or monthly additional package (30 days), they are not auto renewal (you will be need to re-subscribe everytime).
  3. Free speed internet received at 8Mbps max speed by validity your additional package to choose subscribed. Example: when you subscribed Go No Limit packages at 4Mbps max speed and free calls to dtac numbers 60 mins/call for 24hrs. you will get as 8Mbps max speed and free calls to dtac numbers 60 mins/call for 24hrs. after you have received SMS confirmation.
  4. Validity of free speed internet depend on validity of additional package was subscribed as below,
    • To subscribed Daily additional package (1 day or 24 hrs.) will get free speed internet 8Mbps for 1 day or 24 hrs.
    • To subscribed Weekly additional package (7 days) will get free speed internet 8Mbps for 7 days.
    • To subscribed Monthly additional package (30 days) will get free speed internet 8Mbps for 30 days.
  5. The right to make free calls received will be entitled to free calls to dtac numbers 60 minutes per call, 24 hours a day.
  6. The selected package and service free will be activated upon receiving confirmation SMS and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash money. Including cannot be compounded or transferred to other persons.
  7. A customer can check the remaining usage and credit balance dial *101*1# (free) or at dtac app click
  8. 8. Uses for BitTorrent, hotspot, commercial purposes or any use that affect the Internet efficiency in general are prohibited.
  9. The company reserves the right to adjust conditions or promotion groups that have been offered for sale without prior notice.
  10. The Internet service is the add-on service transmitting data with EDGE/3G/4G/5G technology, provided by the network provider to its customers. There might be limitations in certain location and certain period. The speed of 3G/4G/5G technology depends on service areas, number of users, connection device, and device setting. This means that Internet is not always readily available at max speed. Moreover, the traveling speed of connected devices could temporarily affect data transmission and the switch of transmission technology. Details of the service need to be studied prior to service subscription.
  11. The customer allows the service provider to access and assess his/her personal data saved and stored in his/her smart identification card and other parties’ personal data that is given by the customer for any necessary purposes regarding telecommunication service, sales promotion and add-on service. In addition, the customer gives consent to the service provider to unveil, submit and/or transfer his/her personal data to third parties, both in Thailand and overseas, regarding the aforementioned purposes.
  12. The customers should thoroughly study terms and conditions of service, service fee, device setting, and service areas to fully experience the service. It is important to note that dtac Internet speed depends on time of service, number of users, and quality of transmission device. For data roaming, the service will be available in specific countries and with specific networks and fees.
  13. The user agrees and accepts about the action and transaction processing through Krungsri Mobile Application (KMA) is a part of using the service. All actions are binding in all respects. proceedings shall be considered as an action by the user.
  14. The user agrees and accepts to disclose the user's information, phone number, credit card number, account number, fact and other information that specify directly or indirectly for communicate, transfer as display on processing to Krungsri bank or BAY for using service.
  15. The user agrees and accepts to the company to collect, record, maintain, process, confirm personal information and use data to improve service quality, offering, promotional or activities.
  16. The user agrees to accept any risks or damages from using the service that is not considered the company's fault. And the company is not responsible for any errors, defects or unsafe equipment to do the transaction of the user information.

  • How many days does the free internet speed increase to 8Mbps?

    For 1 day or 24hrs., when you subscribed daily additional package. Ex. To subscribed package at 8 Mbps (normal 4 Mbps) max speed for 1 day or 24 hrs.
    For 7 days, when you subscribed weekly additional package. Ex. To subscribed package at 8 Mbps (normal 4 Mbps) max speed 7 days.
    For 30 days, when you subscribed weekly additional package. Ex. To subscribed package at 8 Mbps (normal 4 Mbps) max speed for 30 days.

  • The speed of the Internet is free from normal speed. At what speed will it be used?
