1. The promotion campaign is applicable to existing dtac individual customers, customers who register a new SIM card, switch from prepaid to postpaid package, and move to dtac network.
2. The customer who switches from prepaid to postpaid plan must have at least 90 days of number activation in order to redeem the device discount.
3. The customer who registers a new SIM card is eligible to purchase device at a special rate by agreeing to be verified of his/her product and/or service payment made to another network provider.
4. One identification card and 1 phone number are limited to purchasing 1 device at discounted price (Either Share package or Family package is eligible to purchase only 1 device at the discounted price.)
5. The contract period is 12 months.
6. In case the customer transfers his/her right, changes, terminates the contract , or the contract ceased for whatever reason before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to withdraw device discount, based on the amount offered to the customer.
7. The customer who has signed a device discount contract/special-rate package contract of other promotion campaign or subscribed to 50% discount package, No Worry package, and U Fin 249/449 package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
8. The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
9. The VAT is not included in the advance monthly fee.
10. The VAT is already included in the price of the device.
11. The Company reserves the right to cancel, revise, change the conditions without prior notice.

1. Galaxy Butler Silver service will be available for cutomer who purchased Galaxy S22 Series manufactured by or for Samsung that can be identified by the original “Samsung” trademark, trade name or logo affixed to them, and LOCALLY purchased from Thai Samsung Electronics co.,Ltd only. The benefits value 3,900 THB for 12 months starting from the date of purchase
2. Loan set service will be available during your Samsung device repair. Customer can contact service center to get a spare device which model and spare device will be limited
3. However, if consumer’s warranty doesn’t cover the service, Samsung staff have the right to inform the maintenance fee and how to make a payment without charging the delivery fee after repair. To avoid data loss, please back up your data before repair. The company is not responsible for backing up data including data damage caused by repairs. If the customer does not wish to repair, there will be a charge as a normal inspection fee charged by the service center in the amount of 200 baht (excluding VAT).
