4. International calls via 00400 are charged at a minimum of 1 minute for the first minute. The second minute onwards is charged every 6-second unit. For example, a call to India with duration of 1 minute and 15 seconds is charged at 3.90 THB (7% VAT excluded). The first minute is charged at 3 THB while 15 seconds are divided into 3 units (6 seconds + 6 seconds + 6 seconds) and charged at 0.30 THB per unit. 5. The user is able to check current and remaining balance of the main and add-on package via these following channels:

   • Contact dtac service center nationwide
6. The package offers and service rates are applicable to domestic use only. This package does not include charges for international calls, international roaming service, audio text service, special number service, other add-on services in addition to the aforementioned services, and other charges such as package change fee and download service fee via each service provider. If the user would like to subscribe to add-on or other download services, the user shall thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions of service provided by each service provider before subscribing to a service.
7. If the user switches to another promotional program or postpaid plan, this promotional program shall be terminated. Upon the end of the promotional program, the service rates shall be subject to the adjustment designated by the Company. Otherwise, the user may opt for other promotional programs that are available at the specific time.
8. The dtac Internet service is an extra service for data transfer using EDGE/3G/4G technologies to facilitate users in the network. However, there may be some restrictions in certain locations and periods of time. The Internet speed through 3G/4G technologies depends on the locations, the number of users, the connecting device, and the configurations. This means that the maximum speed may be sometimes limited. Moreover, the movement of connecting device while using the service may temporarily affect the data transfer and the change in data transfer technology. Therefore, the user is recommended to carefully consider details of the service.
9. This promotional program is subject to conditions specified by the service provider. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in the event where the Company can ascertain that SIM card is used with other devices apart from mobile phone devices or AirCard connected devices or other devices in compliance with the standards defined by the service provider.
10. The user must abide by The Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007). The user of SMS, MMS or Internet add-on services must not use these services or allow other persons to use these services for commercial purposes, or in the manners that are considered indecent, lewd, obscene, unlawful, or contrary to public order or good morals, contracts, or to other related laws. The user is prohibited to use these services for the purpose of harassing, disturbing, threatening, insulting, defaming other persons, or violating their privacy. The user must not use these services in the manners that interfere with the use of these services or cause damages or negative effect upon the service provider or other telecommunication networks. If the user fails to comply with these terms and conditions of service, the service provider reserves the right to terminate the service immediately, and the user must be personally liable for civil and criminal penalties.

      • Calls to numbers within the network
        • Calls to dtac numbers During 6.00 a.m. - 06.00 p.m., a call charge of 1 THB will be applied to the first minute of call with a maximum call duration of 60 minutes. The 61st minute onward will be charged at 1 THB/minute.
        • During 06.01 p.m. - 05.59 a.m., a call charge of 1 THB/minute will be applied.
   2. Calls to other networks will be charged at 1 THB/minute, fractions of a minute will be charged as 1 minute throughout 24 hours.
   3. Each SMS will be charged at 3 THB/number.
      • An SMS in Thai may contain 70 characters (including vowels and spaces) at the maximum.
      • An SMS that includes both Thai and English may contain 70 characters (including vowels and spaces) at the maximum.

1. "dtac Cambodia SIM 7 Days" is available for dtac prepaid customer at 49 THB (VAT included).
2. Once successfully activated, the user will receive a confirmation via SMS which includes benefits and service rates (VAT excluded) as follows:
   1. Calls within the network at a special rate:
      • Calls to 1 favorite number within the network at 1 baht/hour for 24 hours. To be eligible for this service, please register your favorite number within the network using one of the following two methods.
        • USSD Code: Enter *103*60#(10-digit number within the network)# and press dial button
        • IVR Code: Enter *600 and *700
      • Calls to numbers within the network
        • During 6.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m., a call charge of 1 THB will be applied to the first minute of call with a maximum call duration of 60 minutes. The 61st minute onward will be charged at 1 THB/minute.
        • During 6.01 p.m. - 5.59 a.m., a call charge of 1 THB/minute will be applied.
   2. Calls to other networks will be charged at 1 THB/minute, fractions of a minute will be charged as 1 minute throughout 24 hours.
   3. Each SMS will be charged at 3 THB/number.
      • An SMS in Thai may contain 70 characters (including vowels and spaces) at the maximum.
      • An SMS that includes both Thai and English may contain 70 characters (including vowels and spaces) at the maximum.
      • An SMS in English may contain 160 characters (including spaces) at the maximum. In case of exceeding limit or containing special characters or other languages, the number of the characters per message will be calculated differently depending on the technical restrictions of the system.
   4. Each MMS will be charged at 3 THB/number.
   5. Add-on Internet service will be charged at 1.99 THB/megabyte.
3. A service charge for an international call to Cambodia via 00400:
   1. A service charge for an international call to Cambodia numbers is 3 baht/minute for all networks.
   2. The minimum service rate is 1 minute. Calls that do not complete 1 minute will be charged for the full minute. For example, if calling to Cambodia for 1 minute and 15 seconds, 3 baht will be charged for the first 1 minute, and 15 seconds will be charged 1 minute. The total amount is 6 baht. Therefore, the total charge is 8 baht (VAT excluded).
4. After activation, the "dtac Cambodia SIM 7 Days" user will be entitled to the free internet usage and voice call valid for 7 days of the applications on conditions as follow:
   1. Free internet at speed 15 Mbps for 7GB (Then, throttling to 384 Kbps).
   2. Free Voice call to any network 30 minutes. Excess minutes will be charged at 1 THB/minute (exclude VAT).
5. After 7 days, the package will be renewed automatically at 49 THB (VAT included). This package can be applied in total of 52 cycles.
6. If the user misses the automatic renewal cycle, the user can continue applying for the same package by simply topping up 50 THB within 30 days after the pack expired. The system will be deducted package fee automatically.
7. If the user switches to another promotional program subscription or to using the registered postpaid number, the promotional program hereof will be considered as terminated.
8. This promotional program is subject to the conditions specified by the Service Provider. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in the event where the Company can ascertain that the SIM card is used in collaboration with other devices apart from mobile devices or AirCard connected devices or other devices in compliance with the standards defined by the Service Provider.
