YouTube+LINE TV Add-on Package (Prepaid) Terms and conditions

  1. YouTube+LINE TV add-on package is for dtac Prepaid customers to access Youtube and LINE TV Applications with limited usage amount on phones that support YouTube+LINE TV Applications via 4G/3G/EDGE technology.
  2. Customers can apply for YouTube+LINE TV add-on package from 16 July to 31 December 2015
    • 2.1. Application channels:

      • YouTube+LINE TV 1.5 GB/week package 99 THB USSD *104*866*9# (free of charge)

  3. YouTube+LINE TV Add-on Package service terms and conditions
    • 3.1. YouTube+LINE TV 500 MB/day package 29 THB will be charged 29 THB for usage of YouTube and LINE TV Applications for 500 MB within 11.59 PM of the package application date.
    • 3.2. YouTube+LINE TV 1.5 GB/week package 99 THB will be charged 99 THB for usage of YouTube and LINE TV Applications for 1.5 GB within 7 days
    • 3.3. Customers receive YouTube+LINE TV add-on package usage privilege upon confirmation SMS within 1 hour after application. Usage prior to confirmation SMS will be charged according to currently held internet promotion package.
    • 3.4. Download of YouTube and LINE TV Applications are not inclusive in this package. Customers will be charged according to currently held internet promotion package.
    • 3.5. Application version and operating systems that support LINE additional service are;
      • iOS: YouTube version 10.24.11629 LINE TV version 1.3.0
      • Android: YouTube version 10.24.57 LINE TV version 1.4.0
    • 3.6. Video clips sharing from YouTube or LINE TV to LINE Chat, LINE Timeline, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Email, message, Socialhub are not included in this promotion package. Customers will be charged 1.99 THB per internet MB.
    • 3.7. Push Notification, Like sharing and Fan sharing on LINE Timeline are not included in this promotion package. Customers will be charged 1.99 THB per internet MB. Customers can turn off Notification function by going to LINE TV Application, settings -> Push Notifications -> OFF, Like sharing to LINE Timeline -> OFF, Fan sharing to LINE Timeline -> OFF
    • 3.8. Links to outside YouTube+LINE TV Application or additional link usage beyond YouTube and LINE TV are not included in this promotion package. Customers will be charged 1.99 THB per internet MB.
    • 3.9. Application usage beyond statement or automatic update from devices, customers will be charged according to currently held internet promotion package.
    • 3.10. Usage of other services might impact usage of this additional package.
    • 3.11. Service charge rate above excludes 7% VAT.
    • 3.12. YouTube and LINE TV additional packages are only for domestic Thailand usage. Usage abroad service charges will depend on each Service Provider in each country.
    • 3.13. Service Provider does not encourage or is related to the case of customers using YouTube and LINE TV add-on service in violation of laws or terms of service in any form. If Service Provider finds out or has received complaints on such actions, the Service Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate service provided without prior notice.
  4. Customers are encouraged to study terms and conditions, service rates, settings, service coverage areas for your usage convenience. The speed of service usage depends on service time period, number of service users and connecting devices quality.
  5. Service charge calculation and collection will be according to the Company’s system.
  6. Customers must remain the usage under Thailand Computer Related Crime Act B.E. 2550. YouTube+LINE TV add-on package users must refrain from the use or allowing others to use it for commercial purpose, profanity and nudity, in conflicts of law or any other legal and contract terms, in violation of personal rights, slanders, use the service in a manner that contributes to technical and service defects to other customers or Network Providers. If violated, Service Provider holds the right to immediately cancel the service and service users must be solely responsible to all potential legal implications.
  7. The Company reserves the right to adjust this promotion and terms and conditions as deem appropriate. Customers can additionally study terms and conditions at dtac call center 1678 press 9 (3 baht per call excluding 7% VAT).
