- The available data roaming packages available are for postpaid customers only. And, customer must activate data roaming service by subscribe at 1678 dtac call center or dtac service center.
- The service rates of the data roaming package available applies to usage in specified countries (Only on roaming networks which are able to use data roaming service with dtac) during the package validity period only.
- The service fees of the data roaming package available are charged according to the volume of MB and validity days as customers subscribed.
- Once data roaming usage reach the MB volume limit of the package, the system will automatically suspend data roaming usage.
- If you have subscribed Non-Stop data roaming package and this package together and travel to the countries that support both package, the system will be charged under this package as a priority, and after the MB usage from this package has been reached to the MB volume you have subscribed, you can continue using the data roaming usage under Non-Stop data roaming package while selecting the operators under Non-stop data roaming package.
- When the additional services expire and/or data roaming usage occur in other countries outside the promotion, data roaming fees will be charged according to the regular rate of each country.
- Data roaming package will be started at 00:00 hr. and ended at 23:59 hr. on Thailand time.
- Package will be activated after subscription and the package validity is 30 days from the first subscription date or when the data usage has been reached to the volume limit. The usage will charged only when there are any usage occurred.
- The above rates of the package exclude 7% VAT.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
