TERM AND CONDITIONS
1. This program channel per package is a copyright of the company and the company is entitled to use it to provide services to users via TrueID application and TrueID TV box.
2. Able to watch channels following the package via TrueID application, and TrueID TV Box only
3. Service charge of TVSNow EPL package are included VAT 7%
4. The viewing period of the applied package starts at payment completion. For the whole season 2024/2025 package, the package will expire at the end of season.
5. In the program channel’s rental transaction of every package, the user cannot receive a refund, change a program channel/service or transfer a service to another TrueID account.
6. Users will not be able to use True Points as a payment method.
7. Single TrueID account can watch package TVSNow EPL on both TrueID Application and TrueID TV Box together with, at most, 2 devices
8. Program channels are as specified by the Company. The Company has the right to change channels without prior notice.
9. If the company investigates and finds that the above services are being used in an illegal way or may cause any damage to the Company. The Company has the right to cancel this service immediately.

11. Consent and Acknowledge of the Subscriber
The Customer acknowledges the consent of service providers to collect, process, use, transmit or transfer personal data, and disclose personal information for the benefit of the service or to improve the service and to comply with laws related to the protection of personal information or for the purposes of market research and conducting promotional activities. Or to analyze and present any of the service providers or products. And/or a person who is a dealer, an agent, or is related to a service provider and / or business partners of service providers and / or companies in the True group or for any other purpose which is not prohibited by law or to comply with any laws or regulations applicable to service providers now and in the future the service provider can send, transfer and / or disclose the above information to companies within the service providers group. Business partners, data processors or agency / organization / juristic persons or any person with contract, agreement or legal relations with service providers or have relationships both in the country and abroad.
