1.TVS Now Platinum Package with Mobile Internet for Postpaid and Prepaid Subscribers: The TVS Now Platinum package, along with mobile internet services for monthly and prepaid users under True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd., is available from 9 August 2024, to 31 December 2025, or until further notice from the company.
2. Service Fees: The above service fees include VAT.
3. Package Benefits: The TVS Now Platinum package allows users to watch channels as per the package through the TrueID app, TrueID website, and TrueID TV box on up to 2 devices simultaneously. Monthly True Move H subscribers will be billed for the package through their monthly phone bill. If the user has already subscribed to this service through the TrueID app, they cannot purchase the service again.
4. Channel Licensing: The channels in this package are licensed by the company. The company has the right to provide these channels through the TrueID app, TrueID website, and TrueID TV box, as specified by the company.
5. Service Activation: Viewing can begin once the supplementary package takes effect, after receiving an SMS confirming the subscription.
6. Service Use Restrictions: This supplementary package is only available for use in Thailand. It is intended for personal use only and should not be used commercially or in a manner that affects other users. If the company finds the service is used unlawfully or in a way that might cause harm, it reserves the right to cancel the service immediately.
7. Service Cancellation: Users can cancel the service at any time, with the cancellation taking effect in the next billing cycle. If users do not cancel the service as per these terms, the company reserves the right not to refund any fees already paid and may transfer the service rights to another TrueID account.
8. Changes to Terms: The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Conditions are as determined by the company. For more details, visit www.true.th.
9. User Consent and Acknowledgment: The user acknowledges and agrees to allow the service provider to collect, process, use, transmit, or disclose their personal data for the purposes of providing and improving services, complying with relevant data protection laws, market research, promotional activities, or to analyze and offer services or products from the provider or affiliated entities. The provider may also share this information with partners, data processors, or any related entities both domestically and internationally, as required by applicable laws and regulations.
