This promotional offer is for users who wish to subscribe to the channel rental service according to the package through the TrueID website and TrueID TV box (hereinafter referred to as "the user") with True Visions Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), starting from August 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, or until further notice from the Company. The details are as follows:
1.The channels included in this package are the property of the Company, and the Company has the right to provide them to users via the TrueID application, TrueID website, and TrueID TV box.
2.Users can subscribe to the channel rental service according to the package through the TrueID website and TrueID TV box.
3.The rental service fee for the channels according to the package includes a 7% value-added tax.
4.Users can watch the rented channels via the TrueID application, TrueID website, and TrueID TV box.
5.The viewing period for the rented channels is according to the package (30 days), starting from the time the payment is completed.
6.Users can cancel the channel rental according to the package at any time, with effect according to the 30-day rental period from the payment date.
7.For users who rent the channels according to the monthly package (30 days) through the TrueID website and TrueID TV box, they acknowledge and agree that the system will automatically renew the package rental.
8.Rental transactions for any package cannot be refunded, changed, or transferred to another TrueID account.
9.Users cannot use TruePoints to rent channels according to the package.
10.A TrueID account can view the channels in the package on up to 2 devices simultaneously through the TrueID application, TrueID website, and TrueID TV box.
11.The channels are as specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change the channels without prior notice.
12.If the Company finds that the service is being used illegally or may cause damage to the Company, the Company has the right to cancel the service immediately.
