1.Sales Promotion Package for Unlimited TrueID Net Viewing for Mobile Customers of TrueMove H, True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. ("TrueMove H") (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") in both prepaid and postpaid systems on behalf of individual users ("Subscribers") from August 2, 2024 to December 31, 2025, or until further notice of change.
2.Subscribers can start using this additional package only after receiving a confirmation SMS confirming successful subscription.
3.Unlimited TrueID Net Viewing Package for 1 Day: Service charge rate of 9 Baht per 24 hours. Subscribers can use the TrueID application without limitation on data usage at a maximum speed of 25 Megabits per second (Mbps) until the end of the usage period, via URL as per terms and conditions of each service provided by the Company.
TrueID Service Limitations:
- TrueID service can only be used within the TrueID application on mobile phones or tablets. If Subscribers use other websites, links, or shares visible within the TrueID application interface, additional service charges (if applicable) based on the package chosen by the Subscriber at that time or as specified by the Company will apply.
- Services included in the TrueID package allow Subscribers to log in and out, watch streaming TV, movies, listen to music, read articles through menus such as Exclusive, Movie, TV, Soccer, Music, Sport, Travel, Food, Game, Men, Women, and Entertainment, excluding Privileges, Cloud, and Payment menus.
4.The Company reserves the right to limit unlimited internet usage according to the package subscribed to by the Subscriber in conjunction with their mobile phone number and smartphone or tablet device. If the Company detects or receives notification that the Subscriber is distributing mobile internet signals to mobile phones and/or other devices for joint use, or any similar actions in any case:
a. The Company reserves the right to manage network management as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and to assist Subscribers in efficiently using the service. The Company may limit the usage volume and internet speed of mobile internet in the next billing cycle if it is found or reasonably suspected that the Subscriber is downloading and/or uploading large files or continuously transmitting high-volume data in abnormal quantities, such as those not typical for ordinary individuals, which may cause damage, impact, or interfere with the Company's overall service quality, networks, or services.
5.The 1-day additional package can be used for 24 hours from the time the SMS confirming subscription is received. If the Subscriber wishes to continue using the service, they must re-subscribe.
6.The service charge rate in point 3 covers only the 4G/3G service rates as specified, excluding other charges such as content download fees, data news service fees, international phone call charges, cross-border phone charges, additional services, and charges for other special numbers, charged according to the main sales promotion package chosen by the Subscriber and as specified.
7.The above service charge rates do not include value-added tax.
8.Service speed for 4G/3G depends on service area and equipment used.
9.Any rights specified in this sales promotion cannot be exchanged, returned for cash, or exchanged for any other items. Additionally, they cannot be transferred to any individual or legal entity. If the Subscriber performs any of the following actions, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service contract:
9.1 Violation of Prohibited Actions in the Agreement: If the Subscriber violates the purpose of the contract, the Company considers it a violation of the prohibited actions in the contract "Purpose of the Contract." Subscribers must:
(a) Use services according to this sales promotion for personal communication purposes with sincere intentions, similar to the customary practices of ordinary individuals, and not for commercial purposes or any other purpose that may benefit or be seen to benefit.
(b) Subscribers must not use, bring, modify, or perform any actions using technology, systems, or other things to connect with or relate to the aforementioned services, including actions that could violate morality, cause damage, inconvenience, danger to networks, or impair the normal operation of network efficiency or any part of the network, directly or indirectly, or interfere or cause inconvenience or danger to other Subscribers or the Company's overall service.
9.2 Actions that are reasonably believed to be fraudulent, involve falsification of documents for subscription or service offer acceptance, exhibit improper behavior in service use, or misuse services unlawfully.
10.The Company reserves the right to amend, change, suspend, or terminate without prior notice, if there are terms, orders, or policies of relevant state agencies that require amendments, changes, suspensions, or cancellations of these service conditions, or if such actions impose burdens on the Company's operations, unless otherwise clearly specified.
11.The Company reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or cancel these terms as appropriate, with at least 30 days' advance notice through channels deemed appropriate by the Company.
12.This package is subject to terms set by the Company. Subscribers must review additional information before selecting services by contacting TrueMove H Care at 1242 or consulting with sales representatives.
