The Company may consider limiting or reducing bit torrent usage, download or upload bit file or any usage that consumes big data volume that could impact network quality for other users, affect use, or cause injustice or damage to other users or the company's network or service. Reduce speed could be lower than what stated in package depending on usage, area and device.
