Terms & Conditions

• Net Life+ Add-On Package: 10GB of data + Free Life Insurance coverage of 7,500 Baht per month, with a flat-rate service fee of 119 Baht / 30 days. Free group life insurance coverage for death under all circumstances, with a maximum accumulated coverage of 270,000 Baht.
• When the customer successfully renews the package, additional coverage will accumulate by 7,500 Baht/month throughout the period the customer subscribes to the add-on internet package.
• The service fee does not include VAT.
• Campaign period: February 4 – December 31, 2025.
• The 30-day package will auto-renew unless canceled.
• Maximum speed depends on the service area and the number of active users at the time.
• Commercial use, BitTorrent, hotspot use, or file transfers that might affect overall network performance are prohibited.
• The company reserves the right to change the offer as deemed appropriate.
• This benefit is available only to DTAC customers who subscribe to the Net Life+ add-on package. The person registering for the life insurance must be between the ages of 16 and 70 years old on the date of insurance.
• The group life insurance coverage will be effective only when the customer registers for the benefit via the FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited website within the specified time. Coverage begins at 00:01 on the day the customer successfully registers for the life insurance benefit.
• The life insurance coverage with increasing protection for each usage will immediately terminate if the customer cancels or does not renew the package.
• Limited to 1 benefit per ID card number during the insurance period.
• The company reserves the right to provide this benefit only to DTAC customers who comply with the specified conditions.
• The name of the beneficiary must match the name on the beneficiary’s ID card. The company reserves the right to deny compensation if the name registered does not match the ID card number.
• The phone number used to purchase this package must match the registered number. The company reserves the right to deny compensation if the number registered does not match the purchased package number.
• This benefit is provided by True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. The beneficiary should understand the coverage details and conditions before purchasing the insurance.
• FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited will pay compensation in case of death based on the accumulated coverage the customer has received.
• FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited will not pay under this policy if:
• The insured commits suicide (self-inflicted death) within one year from the date of purchasing the True Move H add-on internet package and the insurance coverage takes effect. In such cases, FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited will refund the premium paid only for that individual insured.
• The insured is killed intentionally by the beneficiary. In such cases, FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited will refund the premium paid for the policy year, limited to the portion related to the deceased insured.
• If there are multiple beneficiaries, the insurance company will pay the coverage to the beneficiary who was not involved in intentionally killing the insured, with deductions from the portion of the beneficiary who caused the insured's death. No refund will be made for this portion.
• Insurance provided by FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited.
• True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of a dispute, the company’s decision will be final.
• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel these terms as deemed appropriate, with a notice at least 30 days in advance through channels deemed appropriate by the company.
