Terms & Conditions

1. The Arigato digital coupon (“Coupon”) for purchasing a 16 oz. drink at special price of 40 baht, including VAT (regular price 45-50 baht). Participating drink includes Iced Café Latte, Iced Espresso, Iced Cappuccino, Iced Mocha, Iced Matcha Latte, Iced Matcha Lime Soda, Iced ChaThai Milk, Iced Espresso Cha Thai, Iced Chocolate, Iced Choco Cha Thai, Iced Pinky Milk, Iced Yuzu Soda, Iced Plum Soda, Iced Lamonade Soda, and Iced Strawberry Lemonade Soda.
2. The Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If the Coupon is not used within the specified period, it will be considered a waiver. The Company will not compensate for the Coupon under any circumstances.
3.Please present the Coupon to the staff before making the payment. The Coupon is only redeemable in the presence of staff.
4. The store reserves the right to refuse service if the customer has already pressed to confim redemption, redeemed the Coupon or not have a Coupon to scan for the entitlement.
5. In case the Coupon is stolen, destroyed, or used without the owner's permission, the Company will not issue a refund under any circumstances.
6. If the Coupon is damaged or has any information altered, the store reserves the right to refuse service.
7. This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, refunded, or transferred to others.
8. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by giving prior notice through the specified channels. The Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. In case of any dispute, the Company's decision is considered a final verdict.
9. Can only redeem for participating drinks. Cannot pay the difference to change drinks.
10. Limited to 1 coupon per 1 receipt.
11. The Coupon can be used at Arigato shops in Mister Donut, all branches, except Central Phuket, Central Pattaya Beach, Terminal 21 Asoke, Terminal 21 Pattaya, Big C Pattaya 2 and Platinum.
