Terms & Conditions

1. The FLASH COFFEE digital cash coupon (“Coupon”) for purchasing 1 drink at special price of 75 baht, including VAT (regular price 90 baht). Participating drink includes Caramel Macchiato/ Palm Sugar Latte/ Yok-Lor Frappe/ Miloccino Frappe/ Pinkccino Frappe/ Thai Milk Tea Frappe/ Green Milk Tea Frappe/ Thai Honey Lemon Tea Frappe.
2. The Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If the Coupon is not used within the specified period, it will be considered a waiver. The Company will not compensatefor the Coupon under any circumstances.
3.Please present the Coupon to the staff before making the payment. The Coupon is only redeemable in the presence of staff.
4. The store reserves the right to refuse service if the customer has already pressed to confim redemption, redeemed the Coupon or not have a Coupon to scan for the entitlement.
5. In case the Coupon is stolen, destroyed, or used without the owner's permission, the Company will not issue a refund under any circumstances.
6. If the Coupon is damaged or has any information altered, the store reserves the right to refuse service.
7. This e-coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, refunded, or transferred to others.
8. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by giving prior notice through the specified channels. The Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. In case of any dispute, the Company's decision is considered a final verdict.
