1.This promotional offer for unlimited full-speed internet for 3 days is available exclusively to individual postpaid mobile subscribers using the TrueMove H or dtac brands (the “Subscriber”) of True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
2.The service fee will be charged according to the applicable package, as follows: Unlimited Full-Speed Internet: Service fee of 99 baht (excluding VAT), with a validity period of 3 days. Subscribers are entitled to unlimited full-speed internet service under a one-time payment arrangement.
*5G service is available only with 5G-compatible devices and in areas where 5G service is provided. Actual service speeds may vary depending on various factors, including the specifications of the mobile device, the number of users accessing the service at the same time, the service area and geographical conditions, and the distance from the telecommunications base station.
3.The service fees specified in Clause 2 cover 5G, 4G, and 3G data services only, at the rates specified herein. They do not include other charges, such as fees for downloading content, information/news services, international calls, international roaming, value-added services, or other special numbers. Such services will be charged at the rates applicable to the main promotional package selected by the Subscriber and at the rates specified therein.
4.The above service fees exclude VAT.
5.Any benefits provided under this promotional offer cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash or any other item, and cannot be transferred to any other individual or legal entity.
6.If the Subscriber engages in any of the following acts, the Company shall have the right to immediately terminate the service under the agreement:
6.1 Violation of the prohibitions under the agreement: If the Subscriber acts in breach of the purpose of the agreement, such action shall constitute a violation of the contractual prohibitions. The “purpose of the agreement” requires the Subscriber to:
(a.) Use the service under this promotional offer solely for personal communication purposes and in good faith, in accordance with the ordinary and customary use of services by a general individual, and not for any benefit or other purpose from which benefits may be derived. The Subscriber shall not use the service to seek or generate benefits in any manner for commercial purposes or to provide services to others.
(b.) Not use, apply, modify, or otherwise interfere with any technology, system, or other means in connection with the service, or engage in any act that may or is reasonably expected to result in immoral conduct, damage, or unfairness to the Company or any other person, whether directly or indirectly. The Subscriber shall also not interfere with, cause inconvenience to, or endanger the network, or cause the performance or operation of the network, or any part thereof, to malfunction or deviate from normal operation.
(c.) Not transfer the rights to use the service under this agreement to any other person before the expiration of the contractual period, unless prior consent has been obtained from the Company.
6.2 Engaging in any conduct giving reasonable grounds to believe that the Subscriber has committed fraud, falsified documents when applying for or accepting the service offer, engaged in fraudulent behavior in using the service, or used the service for unlawful purposes.
7.The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice if any applicable requirements, orders, or policies issued by relevant government authorities require the Company to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the terms and conditions of this service, or if such requirements or orders increase the Company's operational burden, unless otherwise expressly specified.
8.The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions as appropriate, provided that the Company gives at least 30 days' prior notice through channels deemed appropriate by the Company.
9.This promotional offer is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Company. Subscribers are advised to review additional information before subscribing to the service via www.true.th, TrueMove H Care at 1242, dtac Call Center at 1678, or by contacting a staff member.
