Terms & Conditions

1. The channels included in the beIN-SPORTS package are licensed by the company, which holds the rights to provide these services to users through company-designated channels such as applications, smart TVs, OTT boxes, etc.
2. The service fee for renting channels according to the package includes a 7% VAT.
3. The viewing period for channels is based on the rented package and starts from the time the payment is completed.
4. Users can cancel the rental of channels according to the package at any time, with the cancellation taking effect based on a 30-day billing cycle from the payment date.
5. For users renting channels on a monthly basis through the company’s website or other designated channels, they acknowledge and agree to the system automatically renewing the package rental.
6. Seasonal packages are prepaid and allow viewers to watch until the end of the season. These packages cannot be canceled, and refunds are not available under any circumstances.
7. The duration of the seasonal package is from the date of successful registration and payment until June 30, 2025.
8. All rental transactions for channels cannot be refunded, altered, or transferred to another TrueID account.
9. Users cannot use TruePoints to rent channels according to the package.
10. A TrueID account allows viewers to watch channels according to the package via applications, smart TVs, or OTT boxes on up to 2 devices simultaneously, or according to conditions specified by the company.
11. The channels in the package are as determined by the company, which reserves the right to change channels without prior notice.
12. If the company discovers that the service is being used unlawfully or may cause damage to the company, it reserves the right to terminate the service immediately.
