Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is individuals applying for TrueMove H and dtac postpaid mobile phone services (""Service Users"") of True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (""the Company""), excluding legal entities, who must have normal service status and not be suspended or terminated for any reason during the period from July 7, 2025, to December 31, 2026, or until the Company makes changes, with a 30-day advance notice.
2. Promotion Details: Rates are exclusive of Value Added Tax.
2.1 Promotion: 40GB Full Speed Internet Package + True F-Secure 1 Device + Free Cyber Insurance, the minimum monthly flat rate is 299 Baht per month included VAT (30 days). Service Users will receive the following benefits
2.1 Entitlement to use the internet at full speed with a data allowance of 40 Gigabytes (GB) for 30 days. The system will automatically renew the following month for a maximum of 12 cycles.
2.2 Upon successful application, receive the right to use F-SECURE FOR TRUE APPLICATION for 1 device for a maximum of 12 billing cycles. Service Users must download the application to use F-SECURE FOR TRUE and can use it on a maximum of 1 device at a time through supported devices (mobile phones, tablets, or portable computers).
2.3 Receive free cyber insurance from Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited, with maximum coverage of 30,000 Baht per month, covering Theft of Funds (actual payment up to 20,000 Baht per month) and Online Shopping damages (actual payment up to 10,000 Baht per month), with a coverage period of 30-day cycles from the date of registration. The details and conditions of the insurance are as specified by the insurer.
2.4 To cancel the service,TrueMove H Care 1242, dtac Call Center 1678, or true dtac shop.
3. Terms and Conditions for ""F-SECURE FOR TRUE APPLICATION"": Details are as per the conditions mentioned above.
4. Terms and Conditions for ""Cyber Insurance""""
4.1 Service Users will receive free cyber insurance in the form of an electronic coupon upon successful application for the specified promotion.
4.2 This cyber insurance benefit is for Service Users with a telecommunications number with the Company under a monthly postpaid plan (""""Monthly"""") and a prepaid plan (""""Top-up"""") in the name of individuals, who must have normal service status and not be suspended or terminated for any reason.
4.3 Service Users can redeem the coupon only through the dSurance website https://dsurance.easysunday.com/cyber_freemium-insurance and must register for the benefit within 7 days from the date of service application.
4.4 This coupon can be used only once.
4.5 This coupon cannot be exchanged, altered, or refunded for cash.
4.6 The Company reserves the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel the activity, including changes to other types, without prior notice
4.7 This cyber insurance will commence coverage from 4:30 PM of the day following the Service User's registration for the free insurance, as determined by the insurance broker, with a coverage period of 30-day cycles from the insurance commencement date.
4.8 The telephone number used for filling in the information to receive cyber insurance coverage must match the number used for applying for the promotion
4.9 The cyber insurance in this package is underwritten by Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited, with Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. acting as a non-life insurance broker. The terms and conditions of the cyber insurance will be as specified by the insurance company.
4.10 In the event that the Service User cancels the package purchase, the insurance company will continue to provide coverage for the full 30-day period (no premium refund or policy cancellation before the expiry date).
4.11 The Service User is responsible for claiming compensation from the insurer according to the terms and conditions specified by the insurer. The Service User acknowledges that the Company is not the insurer and is not involved in the consideration of claims or the payment of benefits and/or compensation under this cyber insurance policy.
4.12 The Service User agrees and consents to the Company disclosing personal data to the insurance broker and the insurance company for use as information in registering for and utilizing the insurance benefits.

5 All service rates cover only the cost of outgoing calls to mobile or fixed-line telephone numbers used and registered within the country, 5G/4G/3G service fees, and supplementary service fees according to the specified types and rates only. Other service charges such as data content download services, information service fees, international call charges, roaming charges, and other supplementary services are not included and will be notified 30 days in advance if changes occur.
6 Automatic Package Renewal: The system will automatically renew the package at 12:00 AM on the 30th day from the time the SMS confirmation of service application is received.
7 The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend and/or terminate the TrueMove H and dtac mobile phone services if there is no continuous usage for 30 consecutive days from the service activation date, considering that the Service User no longer wishes to use the service.
8 The Company reserves the right to manage the network as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and to help overall Service Users use the service efficiently. The Company may limit, reduce, adjust the volume, and/or speed of internet usage as deemed appropriate, considering the Service User's usage pattern to be irregular compared to general usage, exhibiting behavior that affects the service or is unfair, causes or may cause damage or impact to other Service Users' usage and/or the network or the Company's overall service provision, such as downloading or uploading large files, any usage involving continuous high data traffic, etc. The speed reduction may be lower than specified in the package or the service may be terminated for that Service User as appropriate.
9 Any rights specified in this promotion cannot be exchanged, returned, or converted into cash or other items, nor can they be transferred to other individuals or legal entities.
10 Service rates under this promotion do not include calls to special numbers such as 1900 or SMS messages charged commercially, or other supplementary services with additional charges, until further notice.
11 If the Service User commits any of the following acts, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement:
11.1 Violation of Contractual Prohibitions: If the Service User violates the purpose of the contract, it shall be considered a violation of the contractual prohibitions. """"Purpose of the Contract"""": The Service User must
(a) use the service under this promotion for personal communication with good intention according to the normal usage practices of ordinary individuals only, not for any benefit or anything else that may be considered a benefit, and will not use the service for any commercial gain or to provide services to others.
(b) Not use, bring the service to use, modify, or perform any acts in technology or systems or anything else to connect to or relate to the use of such service, including not performing any acts that are immoral, likely to cause damage or unfairness to the Company or any other person, directly or indirectly, or not interfere with or cause inconvenience or danger to the network, or disrupt the performance of the network or any part thereof.
(c) The Service User may not transfer the rights to use the service under this contract to any other person before the expiration of the contract period, unless with the consent of the Company.
11.2 Committing any act that is reasonably believed to be fraudulent or involving the falsification of documents in applying for or receiving the service offer, or engaging in fraudulent behavior in using the service or using the service illegally.
12 The Company reserves the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel without prior notice if there are regulations, orders, or policies from relevant government agencies requiring the amendment, change, suspension, or cancellation of the terms of this service, or if such orders increase the Company's operational burden, unless expressly stated otherwise.
13 The Company reserves the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel these terms as appropriate, and will notify the Service User at least 30 days in advance through channels the Company deems appropriate.
14 This promotion is valid for 24 billing cycles from the date of application. The Company reserves the right to change other promotions and will notify the Service User in advance.
15 If the Service User commits any of the following acts, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement:
15.1 Violation of Contractual Prohibitions: If the Service User violates the purpose of the contract, it shall be considered a violation of the contractual prohibitions. """"Purpose of the Contract"""": The Service User must

16 This package is subject to the Company's terms and conditions. Service Users must study further information before choosing the service at https://www.true.th, TrueMove H Care 1242, dtac Call Center 1678, or inquire with sales staff.
17 The Company will proceed to send the necessary information of Service Users who have applied for the aforementioned supplementary package to the service provider for the purpose of application and granting benefits under the terms and conditions of this promotion.
18 Service User Consent and Acknowledgement: The Service User acknowledges and agrees that the service provider may collect, process, use, send, or transfer personal data and disclose the Service User's personal data for the benefit of providing services or improving services, and to comply with laws related to personal data protection, or for market research purposes and promotional activities, or to analyze and offer any services or products of the service provider and/or individuals who are distributors, agents, or related to the service provider and/or of the service provider's business partners and/or companies in the True group, or for any other purposes not prohibited by law, or to comply with laws or regulations applicable to the service provider, both now and in the future. The service provider may send, transfer, and/or disclose the aforementioned data to companies within the service provider's group, business partners, data processors, or any agencies/organizations/legal entities or individuals who have contracts, agreements, or legal relationships with the service provider or are related to them, both domestically and internationally.
