How does WiFi calling | VoWiFi work?
VoWiFi technology will turn all WiFi signal worldwide to be dtac signal for your calls. You only need phones that support VoWiFi technology and WiFi connection, ultimately your phone will no longer have any limit.

ต้องเปิดเมนู WiFi Calling ที่
ตัวเครื่องในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น กรณีที่ไม่ได้เปิดจะใช้งาน WiFi Calling ในต่างประเทศไม่ได้ -

เบอร์ต้องมีสถานะปกติ
ต้องมี SIM หรือ เปิด eSIM -

เบอร์มือถือที่อยู่ในเครื่อง ต้องมีสัญญาณสามารถโทรออกได้

มือถือต้องเปิดสัญญาณ 4G/5G หรือ เชื่อมต่อ WiFi
ที่ใช้ internet ได้
How to use Wi-Fi Calling
How to use Wi-Fi Calling function, need to check as below:

check:- SIM’s status must be active.
- Physical SIM or eSIM must be in the device and Wi-Fi Calling must be turned on.
- Wi-Fi Calling must be turned on as shown below when still in Thailand.

Turn on Airplane Mode.
In case of using abroad, must turn on airplane mode at all time since from Thailand. -

Connect to Wi-Fi to test the connection.
Free Wi-Fi or home Wi-Fi in some countries might not support Wi-Fi Calling. In that case, can try to connect to Wi-Fi which shared the hotspot from another device. -

Test outgoing call.
Noted: To use Wi-Fi Calling, make sure to do the steps as below at all time.
How to fix Wi-Fi Calling issue.
Using in Thailand. :
- SIM must be in the device or eSIM must have signal.
- SIM must be able to make call.
- Device support Wi-Fi Calling /and update to latest version.
- Turn on data 4G, 5G.
- Off-on device and try to turn on Wi-Fi Calling again.
Want to use Wi-Fi Calling function when being abroad.
- SIM must be in the device or eSIM must have signal.
- SIM must be able to make call.
- Device support Wi-Fi Calling /and update to latest version.
- In case of using abroad and want to turn on Wi-Fi calling function on device. (Forget to turn on Wi-Fi Calling function when still in Thailand.)
- Connect to Wi-Fi or Connect Wi-Fi Hotspot from another device.
- The number must activate international roaming service and the device must have signal. Must be able to make call, no need to turn on data roaming.
- Press ##002# and call to cancel voice mail call forward.
- Off-on device and try to turn on Wi-Fi Calling again.
To use Wi-Fi calling, the screen on the device must show as below.
How to fix
- SIM must be in the device.
- SIM’s status must be active and not suspended (No need Roaming service for using abroad).
- Device supports Wi-Fi Calling.
- Already turned-on Wi-Fi Calling function.
- Turn on Airplane mode and off-on device.
- Connect to home Wi-Fi / public Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Hotspot which sharing from another device that able to access to the internet normally.
- Test outgoing or incoming call.
Free Wi-Fi in some countries is not support Wi-Fi Calling so, must test by connecting to Wi-Fi hotspot from another device.
