Terms and Conditions of GO Travel data roaming add-on package
  1. For existing postpaid and prepaid individual customers with normal status and must not be in state of service suspension.
  2. Service fee rates for “GO Travel” package (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
    1. GO Travel package (Neighboring)
      • 99-baht, 2 GB data for 7 days in Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
    2. GO Travel package (ASIA & AUS)
      • 199-baht, 3 GB data for 3 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 399-baht, 7 GB data for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 549-baht, 14 GB data for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
      • 599-baht, 10 GB data for 15 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)

  3. For Postpaid customer, the package will be activated and charged once roaming network is detected within 30 days. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously. The permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted with package fee.
  4. For Prepaid customer, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously.
  5. Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, and SMS will be charged at normal rate of that specific countries.
  6. Postpaid customer can still continue to use internet after package period ends and will be charged at 350 baht or 499 baht per day (excludes Vat 7%) based on roaming country. The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. When used up, you can continue using data at 384 Kbps. Simply turn off data roaming at *124*3# to prevent extra charges.
  7. To prevent extra charges from receiving calls while roaming and calling back to Thailand, you can cancel call forwarding service by pressing ##002#
  8. Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
  9. The package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).
  10. International data and voice roaming service will be automatically activated as the package is being subscribed.
  11. The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.
  12. The customer is prohibited from making profit from packages including Voice over IP (VoIP) service in any illegal cases. If there are evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that are against the law, social harmony, and social morality, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotion privileges of the violating phone number.
  13. The Company reserves the right to manage network as appropriate in order to ensure network quality for all users. The Company may consider limiting or reducing bit torrent usage, download or upload bit file or any usage that consumes big data volume that could impact network quality for other users, affect use, or cause injustice or damage to other users or the company's network or service. Reduce speed could be lower than what stated in package depending on usage, area and device.
  14. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. The customer recognizes and agrees on any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
  15. The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms given by the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. In addition, the customer agrees that the provider (or the company) to reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.

  2. Service fee rates for the “GO Travel EXTRA” add-on package (excluding VAT 7%) are as follows:
    • GO Travel EXTRA (ASIA & AUS)
      • 599-baht, 7 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia
      • 749-baht, 14 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia
    • GO Travel EXTRA (Worldwide)
      • 1,099-baht, 7 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 15 days in Worldwide
      • 1,499-baht, 14 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 15 days in Worldwide
  3. After data quota is used up, you can continue using data roaming at 128 Kbps until the package validity expires.
  4. A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
  5. Fees for excessive calls to another country, SMS sending, any calls outside the destination country or specified network, or exceeding the package quota or validity will be charged at the normal rate of the destination country.
  6. For Postpaid customer, the package will be activated and charged upon roaming network is detected within 30 days. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously. The permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted with package fee.

  3. Once signed up, the package cannot be canceled or changed.
  4. After data quota is used up, you can continue using data roaming at 128 Kbps until the package validity expires.
  5. A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
  6. SMS messages in Thai or both Thai and English totaling up to 70 characters are counted as 1 SMS message. For English language SMS messages, 160 characters are equivalent to 1 SMS message. In cases of extended messages that exceed this limit, excess messages will be charged as new SMS messages. These messages may be received by the recipient simultaneously or separately, depending on the capabilities of the destination mobile phone or device. In the case of symbols or other extended characters, the character count per message may differ according to the technical limitations of the system.
  7. Fees for excessive calls to another country, any calls outside the destination country or specified network, or exceeding the package quota or validity will be charged at the normal rate of the destination country.

Terms and Conditions of free extra data roaming 4GB
  1. The Promotion GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht, 14GB, 10 days, with an automatically added free extra data roaming of 4GB, is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under services suspension.
  2. Customers will automatically receive the free extra data roaming of 4GB after successfully subscribing to the GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht, 14GB, 10 days during the period from 1 March 2025 until 15 June 2025.
  3. The free extra data roaming of 4GB is valid for Asian and Australia countries for 10 days, starting once roaming network is detected within 30 days.
  4. Once the free extra data roaming of 4GB quota is reached, customers will still be able to continue using the internet from the previously subscribed GO Travel package. Once the data quota is reached, the speed will be throttled to 128 Kbps for the duration of the package.
