Conditions for device purchase at special rate
  1. The promotion campaign is applicable to existing dtac individual customers, customers who register a new SIM card, switch from prepaid to postpaid package, and move to dtac network.
  2. The privilege of device purchase with special discount via dtac online store and Chat and Shop service is reserved for dtac postpaid customers who have been registered with dtac for 3 months or more.
  3. The customer who switches from prepaid to postpaid plan must have at least 90 days of number activation in order to redeem the device discount.
  4. The customer who registers a new SIM card is eligible to purchase device at a special rate by agreeing to be verified of his/her product and/or service payment made to another network provider.
  5. One identification card and 1 phone number are limited to purchasing 1 device at discounted price (Either Share package or Family package is eligible to purchase only 1 device at the discounted price.)
  6. The contract period is 12 months.
  7. In case the customer transfers his/her right, changes, or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to withdraw device discount, based on the amount offered to the customer.
  8. The customer who has signed a device discount contract/special-rate package contract of other promotion campaign or subscribed to 50% discount package, No Worry package, and U Fin 249/449 package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
  9. The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
  10. The VAT is not included in the advance monthly fee.
  11. The VAT is already included in the price of the device.
  12. The Company reserves the right to cancel, revise, change the conditions without prior notice.
