Receive an invoice to pay for the device with service charge according to the normal billing cycle
- Bill campaign is bound to a 24-month continuous service contract
- Customer agrees that the company to inform the payment of the installment payment for the device included in the invoice sent to the service user upon receipt of the service fee according to the invoice. The company will first cut off the installment payment for the device. However, if there is a change in the payment due date. - In case that the user defaults on the installment payment. The customer agrees to charge interest at the default time as prescribed by law from the date of default until the payment in that period is completed. - In case that the company wishing to transfer the remaining installments of the user's device to another party. The user agrees to the company to do this without prior notice. as well as consent to the Company Use and disclose personal information contained in this contract to the extent necessary to such other parties for consideration of accepting the transfer of such balance payment in accordance with the rules prescribed by law.
- In case where the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to charge penalty in the rate equivalent to the amount of all the discounts that the customer to dtac
- The customer of agreed phone model will be subject to technical limitations that are limited to use with a specific dtac network consent to the Company to take the following actions immediately
- To send a SMS to notify you if your payment schedule is overdue.
- To lock the phone if the subscriber neglects to pay more than the specified period for 2 consecutive billing cycles. Also, the phone number will be barred from outgoing and receiving calls.
