• Campaign rules
  1. This campaign is eligible for dtac Prepaid customers who have registered for "Jaidee JaekSuk" campaign via dtac application or dtac LINE CONNECT or dtac website. Customers can enjoy this privileges since first date of registration.
  2. For every 50 THB spending (excludes top-up)
     • Customers with dtac Prepaid service of less than 3-year period will receive 1 free propeller
     • Customers with dtac Prepaid service of more than 3-year period will receive 2 free propellers
     • Propellers are used for monthly privilege participation"
  3. Participants who check-in via dtac App for more than 5 consecutive days will receive 1 free propeller (1 privilege per month)"
  4. Participants who identify special date information (e.g. birthday) in dtac App, if those dates are within campaign period, will receive 1 free propeller on that date (1 privilege per calendar year)
  5. The amount of free propellers accumulated in each month will be set to zero by 12.00 AM on the last date of each month. New propeller accumulation begins at 0.01 AM on the 1st date of next month.
  6. For daily rewards redemption, participants can redeem a reward every day. The number of propellers used and the right to redeem prizes are based on the type of each prize. The reward redeemed will be displayed on the "Gift" menu which can be used within the specified period.
  7. For the lucky draw prizes, participants can use 1 propellers for 1 lucky draw code. All received lucky draw codes will be displayed on the “Lucky Code” menu."

• Prizes claiming terms and conditions
  1. For gold chains 10 prizes, worth 100,000 THB each total at 1,000,000 THB (gold value of 7 January 2020), the Company will contact winners for making an appointment to receive a prize at dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. Headquarter.
  2. For Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ (256GB) 25 prizes, worth 37,900 THB each total at 947,500 THB, the Company will contact winners for making an appointment to receive a prize at dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. Headquarter.
  3. For unlimited data at 10Mbps for 1 Year, 40 prizes, worth 13,320 THB each total 532,800 THB, the Company will contact winners for giving away this add-on internet package of unlimited data at 10Mbps for 365 days (no adding extra days) to the winner's mobile phone number. The winner must be a dtac Prepaid customer with at least 1 remaining day on the date of receiving the prize. In case of no remaining day on the receiving the prize, this previlige shall be considered terminated. This previlege is for normal personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes; for example, using in an internet shop or game shop; resell or sublease for profitable usage; call center form of use or use as a telephone line; or use for high-volume data transfer that might impact other users such as the use of BitTorrent; or use with electronic devices which require always-on high-volume data connection. If it is discovered that the promotion is used for business exploitation or commercial communication or internet connection that appears to be a breach of the law or the peace and morality of the people, the Company shall reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service and to cancel the privilege according to this promotion. If a winner switches to Postpaid, the privilege shall be considered terminated. "
  4. For Tesco Lotus Gift Card 10,000 THB, 20 prizes, total at 200,000 THB., the Company will contact winners for making an appointment to receive a prize at dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. Headquarter. Winners can directly show the gift voucher at any Tesco Lotus branches. This card is not valid for purchase of alcohol, tobacco, top-up cards, gift cards, pharmaceutical products, baby milk power for instants, energy drinks, MSG products, Birdy Ice Coffee, Bills and fees payment, Postal service, food court and stores within plaza area. This card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. This card can be used together with cash and / or credit card payments. Should this card appears damaged, deformed or in any way altered, Tesco Lotus reserves the right to cancel or refuse validity of the card without compensation.
  5. For PTT Privilege Card 10,000 THBม 20 prizes, total at 200,000 THB, the Company will contact winners for making an appointment to receive a prize at dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. Headquarter. This card is valid for purchase of fuel at any participating PTT gas stations . This card is valid until the specified expiry date on the card. This card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. This card can be used together with cash and / or credit card payments. The remaining balance will appear on the sales slip after each use. OR reserves the right to refund the remaining credit on the card before and after the expiration date on the card. Should this card appears damaged, deformed or in any way altered, OR reserves the right to cancel or refuse validity of the card without compensation or change the service conditions without prior notice.
  6. For Tesco Lotus cash e-voucher 500THB, 300 prizes, total at 1,500,000 THB, winners can directly show the e-voucher at any Tesco Lotus branches. 1 coupon per 1 receipt. This card is not valid for purchase of alcohol, tobacco, top-up cards, gift cards, pharmaceutical products, baby milk power for instants, energy drinks, MSG products, Birdy Ice Coffee, Bills and fees payment, Postal service, food court and stores within plaza area.
  7. For Starbucks e-voucher 300THB, 350 prizes, total at 105,000 THB, winners can directly show the gift code for prize collection at any Starbucks branches and must be scanned from device’s screen. Customers can use e-voucher until value balance becomes zero. e-vocuhers are not exchangeable to cash, transferable to other mobile numbers, may not be used to top up Starbucks cards or e-voucher itself. E-vouchers may be used together with other promotions. Customers can pay with e-vouchers only up to 15 e-coupons per receipt.
  8. Participants are eligible to exchange their existing propellers for lucky draw (1 propeller equal 1 chance for lucky draw code) with no limit amount of times and based upon their respective prizes tiers. However, the winner is eligible to receive a gold chain or Samsung Galaxy Note10+ (256GB) or gift vouchers worth 10,000 baht or free internet package for 1 year up to one prize per campaign. The committee's decision is final and absolute. The committee's decision reserves the right to change the terms & conditions as appropriate without prior notice. After the names of winners have been annouced, the winners must claim their prizes as stated. No prizes may be exchanged for cash, any other items or are transferrable under any circumstances and no payment in component.
  9. Winner who wins gold chains or Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ or Gift card 10,000THB or Unlimited data at 10Mbps for 1 year must bring Thai citizen ID card or Pink card for Migrants or passport for Non Thai citizens with the same name as registration into dtac SIM of winning number to show on the prize collection date. Winners who cannot show up on the prizes collection date, they must provide Power of Attorney document. If winner who is under 15 years old, he/she must come with parents and bring birth certificate, parents' Thai ID card and home registration document. Winning mobile numbers must be active dtac customers on the collection date.
  10. For e-vouchers 300 THB and 500 THB, the company will send gift codes via the winner' mobile numbers. Customers can use the received codes for prize redemption at any time. Winning mobile numbers must be current active dtac customers on the collection date.
  11. The Company will use internal database system for each lucky draw assessment and analysis.
  12. The Company will announce mobile numbers of winners of each lucky draw round via https://www.dtac.co.th/camp/jaidee-jaek-suk.html. Round 1 on 10 Mar 2020; Round 2 on 10 Apr 2020; Round 3 on 11 May 2020; Round 4 on 10 Jun 2020;Round 5 on 10 Jul 2020; . The Company will contact winners via mobile numbers for prize collection at dtac TriNet Co., Ltd.. Located at 319 Chamchuri Square building, 41st floor, Phyathai Road, Pathumwan sub-district, Pathumwan district, Bangkok during normal office hours."
  13. The prizes will be forfeited for winners who don’t collect within 30 days of announcement date. The Company reserves the right to give the prizes to next winning name. If the next winning name doesn’t show up for collection, the Company will donate the prizes to public charity organizations subsequently.
  14. The Company reserves the right to draw next winning names in case the first winners are disqualified or not comply to campaign’s terms and conditions.
  15. If winners switch their Prepaid package plan to Pospaid or port out to other Service Provider or the winner's mobile phone number is suspended before expiry date of the promotion, the Company will consider that customers forfeit the privilege received.
  16. All incurred fees, expenses and withholding tax will be responsible by winners.
  17. All prizes are not exchangeable, refundable or transferable into cash. Prizes also are not able to be transferred to other recipients or jurisdiction persons.
  18. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions and equal value prizes without prior notice.
  19. Ruling from committee is deem final. Committee reserves the right to adjust terms and conditions as see fit without prior notice.
