Terms and Conditions of "Dial 00400 to call India for free 30 minutes for Indian tourists"
Special promotion for Indian tourists. From June 15, 2022 - June 30, 2023
- Get Free 30-minute free calls to India via 00400, which must be applied within 3 days after SIM activation. through the code 00400, special price 3 baht / minute (excluding VAT)
- Participating SIMs are: dtac Happy Tourist SIM 299, dtac Happy Tourist SIM 599 and Happy Tourist 49 SIM or Easy Holiday SIM who apply for an add-on package of 250 baht or more, only through all dtac Branded channels and participating Wholes only
- The call charge for international long-distance calls via code 00400 shall be charged at a minimum of 1 minute for the first minute. The second minute onward shall be charged in dividing units; each unit has 6 seconds. For example, the duration of a call to India is 1 minute and 15 seconds. The first minute will be charged at 3 baht, while these 15 seconds will be divided into 3 units (6 seconds + 6 seconds + 6 seconds) and charged at 0.30 baht per unit. Therefore, this call costs 3.90 baht in total. (The above call charge does not include VAT.) - Usage rights and the specified service rates are applicable to domestic use only. This package does not include charges for international calls, international roaming service, audio text service, special number service, other add-on services in addition to the above- mentioned eligible services, and other charges such as package change fee and download service fee via each individual service provider. If the user would like to subscribe to add- on or other download services, the user shall thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions of service provided by each individual service provider before subscribing to a service.
- If the user switches to another promotional program subscription or to using the registered postpaid number, the promotional program stated herein shall be considered as terminated. Upon the end of the promotional program, the service rate shall be subject to the adjustment designated by the Company, or the user may opt for other promotional programs that are available at the time.
- This promotional program is subject to the conditions specified by the service provider. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in the event where the Company can ascertain that the user is not the same person as the registered person of the SIM card, or that the SIM card is used in collaboration with other devices apart from mobile devices or AirCard connected devices or other devices in compliance with the standards defined by service providers.
- The user must abide by The Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007). The user of add-on SMS and MMS messaging or internet services must not use these services or allow other persons to use these services for commercial purposes, or in the manners that are considered indecent, lewd, obscene, unlawful, or contrary to public order or good morals, contracts, or to other related laws. The user is prohibited to use these services for the purpose of harassing, disturbing, threatening, insulting, defaming other persons, or violating their privacy. The user must not use these services in any manner that interferes with the use of these services or causes damages or negative effect upon the service provider or other telecommunication networks. If the user fails to comply with these terms and conditions of service, the service provider has the right to terminate the service immediately, and the user must be personally liable for civil and criminal penalties.
